Affiliate Disclosure
In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 16 CFR § 255 ("Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising"), Tavira Creator Academy provides the following disclosures regarding compensation and affiliations.
1. Affiliate Relationships
Some links on the Tavira Creator Academy platform — including within the launch playbook PDF, transactional emails, and the public site — may be affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase or sign-up with a partner platform, Tavira may earn a referral commission at no additional cost to you.
2. Partners We May Promote
The Tavira launch playbook recommends specific third-party platforms (creator-economy services, AI tooling, payment processors, and similar). Tavira may have affiliate or referral agreements with one or more of these providers. We only recommend services we believe are genuinely useful to our creators.
3. Compensation Does Not Influence Editorial
Affiliate compensation does not influence the curation of our recommendations. The order and selection of platforms in the playbook reflect what we believe is best for our creators, not what pays the highest commission. We will not promote a service we do not believe in.
4. Sponsored Content
From time to time we may publish sponsored content — promotional material paid for by a third party. All sponsored content is clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Paid Partnership."
5. Creator Testimonials
Testimonials, reviews, and case studies presented on the Service reflect the personal experiences of individual creators and are not representative of typical results. Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
6. Independent Verification
We encourage you to do your own research before subscribing to any third-party platform recommended by Tavira. Read terms of service, pricing, and privacy policies independently.
